Thermal Property measurement system
The TPS 3500 Hot Disk Thermal Constants Analyser is a laboratory instrument used to measure important thermal properties of materials, such as thermal conductivity, diffusivity, and specific heat. It works using the Transient Plane Source (TPS) method, where a flat sensor acts as both a heat source and temperature detector to analyze heat flow in a sample. The device is versatile, allowing fast and accurate testing of solids, liquids, and powders across a wide temperature range.
