The Tektronix AFG1062 is a versatile dual-channel arbitrary function generator designed for high signal fidelity, featuring a 60 MHz sine wave and 30 MHz square wave output range. It operates with a 300 MS/s sampling rate and 14-bit vertical resolution, providing precise waveform generation across an amplitude range of 1 mVp-p to 10 Vp-p into 50 Ω loads. The instrument is equipped with 50 built-in waveforms, a 1 Mpts record length for user-defined signals, and 64 MB of internal non-volatile memory for storage. Additionally, it integrates a 200 MHz, 6-digit frequency counter and supports various modulation modes such as AM, FM, PM, FSK, and PWM
