I am a PhD scholar in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Palakkad, Kerala. My research primarily focuses on the experimental investigation of Electrical Discharge Machining of nickel-based superalloys, exploring the potential of advanced or eco-friendly dielectric fluids and powder additives to enhance sustainability. By integrating innovative machining strategies, I aim to optimize material removal efficiency, improve surface integrity, and minimize environmental impact. This work not only advances EDM technology but also contributes to the development of greener and more efficient manufacturing solutions for high-performance materials.
