Arbitrary Function Generator

The Tektronix AFG1062 is a versatile dual-channel arbitrary function generator designed for high signal fidelity, featuring a 60 MHz sine wave and 30 MHz square wave output range. It operates with a 300 MS/s sampling rate and 14-bit vertical resolution, providing precise waveform generation across an amplitude range of 1 mVp-p to 10 Vp-p into 50 Ω loads.
