PQMS (Physical Quantity Measurement System)

The XPLORE PQMS (Physical Quantities Measurement System) is a versatile, fully automated experimental setup designed for the precise characterization of materials. It is primarily used to measure electrical transport properties (such as resistivity and I-V characteristics) and magnetic AC susceptibility as a function of temperature. The system operates within a temperature range of 80 K to 450 K, utilizing a liquid nitrogen-based cryostat for cooling and a heater for accurate temperature control. This equipment is essential for research in condensed matter physics, particularly for studying superconductors, semiconductors, and magnetic transitions in various samples
