I am a Research Scholar at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Palakkad, working under Dr. Manav Khaire. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology and a Master’s degree in Political Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Prior to joining IIT Palakkad, I worked for nearly five years as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at the Central University of Chhattisgarh. My research interests include election studies, state politics, public policy, and the political economy of development. My current research examines the impacts of large-scale infrastructure projects on communities. I approach research not merely as knowledge production, but as an ethical practice that requires patience, attentiveness to lived realities, and a continual questioning of power, progress, and justice.
