Biosketch
Naseera recieved her BA degree in English Language & Literature in 2015 from Farook College, University of Calicut, MA in Linguistics in 2018 from Jawaharlal Nehru University, MPhil in Linguistics in 2019 from Kerala University.

Research
Her broad area of research interest lies in how the structure of speech sounds vary and change in relation to social factors like age, education, gender, religion, caste, class etc. In this regard, she is currently investigating the patterns of linguistic variation and change in the Malayalam spoken by the Muslim communities in Malappuram.
