Pradeep Kumar N K V, holds an M.Tech in Highway Engineering from University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering, Bangalore.

Before joining IIT Palakkad, he worked as Graduate Engineer at Brigade Enterprises Ltd. Bangalore (2022–23), and as a Project Engineer at the Centre of Excellence for Road Safety, IIT Madras (November 2025 – July 2026).

His research covers pavement materials, pavement design, and maintenance and rehabilitation.
