General Championship 2025: A Stellar Wrap-Up

The Closing Ceremony of the General Championship 2025 was a grand celebration of talent and sportsmanship! IIT Palakkad was honoured to have Ms. Preeja Sreedharan, Arjuna Awardee and national record holder, as the chief guest.

The event recognized outstanding performances, with Stalwart Rhinos, the PhD scholars of the institute, emerging as Champions with 78 points, including 5 golds, 3 silvers, 1 bronze, and 1 fourth position. The runners-up were team Wild Wolves, the B.Tech 2022 batch of IIT Palakkad, securing 54 points, including 2 golds, 5 bronzes, and 3 fourth positions. Savage Sharks, the B.Tech 2021 batch of the institute, emerged as the second runners-up with a total of 48 points, including 2 golds, 3 silvers, 1 bronze and two fourth positions.
