Biosketch
Durga Hole is a PhD scholar in Urban Studies at IIT Palakkad, with experience in qualitative research, community-based research, education, and project coordination. She holds a postgraduate degree in Social Work (Criminology and Justice) from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. She has worked with the University of Melbourne, TISS, Nalanda Academy, and Aparna Bhasin Consulting. Her research interests include urban climate, gender, informal settlements, and the everyday experiences of marginalized communities. Her academic and research interests broadly include urban studies, gender, climate, and the everyday experiences of marginalized communities.
