Patent granted…!

A patent has been granted to the research group of Ms. Roshni M and Dr. D. Jagadeesan, Department of Chemistry, for their work on Method of preparation of metal oxide catalyst for oxidation and a process thereof. This invention discloses about the method of developing highly reactive cobalt oxides catalysts that is active for decomposition of ethylene at room temperature. The invention has relevance to extending the shelf life of climacteric fruits.
