IIT Palakkad hosts Toshiba to explore Research Partnership

A high-level delegation from Toshiba visited IIT Palakkad to explore potential avenues for collaboration in research and advanced technologies. The delegation was led by Mr. Sata-san, Corporate Vice President & CTO, Toshiba Corporation, and Mr. Yamauchi Yasunobu, Vice President, TSIP R&D & Director, TSIP. Toshiba Software India Pvt. Ltd. (TSIP), worked closely with Dr. Manas Kumar Jena, Associate Professor, Department of Electrical Engineering, on creating and approving a project proposal under CSR sponsorship. In discussion with the delegation, Prof. A. Seshadri Sekhar, Director, IIT Palakkad, highlighted the institute’s research initiatives and explored strategic avenues for collaboration.
