Engineering a Nation : IIT Palakkad hosted Institute Colloquium  

IIT Palakkad organised the institute colloquium featuring Dr. Aparajith Ramnath from the School of Arts and Sciences, Ahmedabad University. He delivered a talk titled " Sir M. Visvesvaraya and his Quest to Engineer a Nation". The talk covered a few key questions addressed in Aparajith Ramnath’s recent book, Engineering a Nation. The session provided a vivid portrait of Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya, the most famous Indian engineer of the twentieth century, highlighted his eight-decade-long public career and explored afresh the emergence of the Indian nation itself.
