Integrative Omics and AI-Driven Imaging for Precision Health

Venue: Room 303, Samgatha, Nila campus

Advances in Omics have transformed our ability to interrogate biological systems at unprecedented resolution, requiring robust integration of diverse high-dimensional datasets. My research bridges single-cell analysis, transcriptomics, genomics, and high-throughput sequencing pipelines to uncover novel biological insights. This integrative expertise extends to Radiomics, applying AI-driven analytics to medical imaging, and Pathomics, enabling computational evaluation of histopathology images. I also lead Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) surveillance efforts, leveraging metagenomics for resistome and mobilome profiling, alongside custom pipelines and dynamic dashboards for real-time monitoring. By uniting molecular, imaging, and computational methodologies, my work aims to advance precision diagnostics, therapeutic stratification, and global health resilience.
